February ~ Summit location/dates secured by CW Summit (CWS) co-hosts, OWI and WRF; registration opens
March ~ Explore phase begins, with CWS Team researching in-practice and theoretical CW models
April 22 ~ CWS Advisory Team assembled, bimonthly meetings begin
Spring ~ Outreach initiated to CW practitioners and researchers across multiple sectors
May 13 ~ Online CW Summit Training Workshop #1 (General How-To-Participate)
Summer ~ CWS Workgroup presenter invitations issued + open process of applying to present
June 23 ~ CWS Planning Meeting for Texas-based Organizations held at OWI, co-hosted by WRF
July 15 ~ Online CW Summit Training Workshop #2 (OneHealth by Sharon Deem, DVM, Saint Louis Zoo)
August 31 ~ Last day to register at Super Bird rate ($325, 3-Day Pass); Early Bird pricing ($350) begins Sep 1
Sept (TBD) ~ Online CW Summit Training Workshop #3 (Recreation, TBD)
October 16 ~ First Workgroup Presenter Application Deadline
October 31 ~ Last day to register at Early Bird rate ($350, 3-Day Pass); Standard pricing ($400) begins Nov 1
Nov 10 ~ Initial round of Workgroups scheduled (Workgroup presenters must be registered by this date)
Nov 16 ~ Workgroup requests begin (registered participants use Whova app to select those of interest)
Dec 31 ~ Last day to register at Standard rate ($400, 3-Day Pass); Last Chance pricing ($450) begins Jan 1)

January 15 ~ Final Workgroup Dialogues scheduled; eWorkbook issued to registered participants
Feb 2-4 ~ North American Summit on Collaborating with Wildlife in Park Gateways convenes at Hilliard
Center in Corpus Christi, Texas
February 5 ~ Field trip to the Wildlife Rescue Operations Center of Texas (hosted by OWI) caps off the week
