Collaborating with Wildlife in Action
The CW Summit brings together ideas, expertise, and proven approaches from across sectors to advance Collaborating with Wildlife across North America. Through Models & Methodologies and focused Workgroup Dialogues, participants identify best practices, explore opportunities for replication and customization, and uncover the innovations needed to overcome barriers to adoption.

Models & Methodologies
Sharing solutions that can be replicated, adapted, and scaled.
Models & Methodologies (M&Ms) showcase practices, programs, technologies, partnerships, and other approaches that demonstrate ways people and organizations are successfully collaborating with wildlife.
Contributions come from multiple sectors connected to the four pillars of Collaborating with Wildlife, creating opportunities to identify practices that can be replicated or customized for different species, communities, landscapes, and challenges.

Workgroup Dialogues
Turning shared experience into practical next steps.
At the CW Summit, concurrent Workgroup Dialogues bring participants together around specific wildlife challenges and opportunities. Models & Methodologies from colleagues across multiple sectors provide a starting point for discussion, followed by equal time for moderated dialogue.
These conversations are designed to identify best practices that can be replicated in other locations or for other species, while uncovering the resources, partners, and innovations needed to address emerging challenges.
Workgroups explore topics ranging from wildlife connectivity, habitat and restoration to veterinary care, disease mitigation, infrastructure, recreation, cultural responsibility, and investment.
